    To celebrate our 100th anniversary, our entire team will be gathering in Florence, Italy from 3rd through 6th February. This will affect our regular Reservations Sales Centre hours as follows:

    Monday, 3 February: Closed
    Tuesday, 4 February: Closed
    Wednesday, 5 February: Closed
    Thursday, 6 February: Closed
    Friday, 7 February: Open from 9 AM-5:30 PM GMT
    Saturday, 8 February: Open from 9 AM- 3 PM GMT

    If you are facing a true travel emergency our Florence event, please call 0800-810-8020 and press zero to reach one of our after-hours specialists who will be available to assist you.

    • The closest station is Westport – approximately 15 minutes by taxi from 10 Westport Road, Wilton
    From I-95 N heading north from points south:
    • Merge onto US-7 North via Exit 15
    • Take Grist Mill Rd/US-7 North
    • Turn left onto Main Ave/US-7 North
    • Turn right onto CT-33/Westport Rd
    • Turn left into 10 Westport Road at first traffic light
    • Follow signs to 10 Westport Road, visitor parking is located under Building B
    From I-95 S heading south from points north:
    • Merge onto US-7 North via Exit 15
    • Take Grist Mill Rd/US-7 North
    • Turn left onto Main Ave/US-7 North
    • Turn right onto CT-33/Westport Rd
    • Turn left into 10 Westport Road at first traffic light
    • Follow signs to 10 Westport Road, visitor parking is located under Building B
    From CT-15 N (Merritt Parkway) heading north from points south:
    • (Hutchinson River Parkway North becomes Merritt Parkway North)
    • Merge onto US-7 North via Exit 39B
    • Take Grist Mill Rd/US-7 North
    • Turn left onto Main Ave/US-7 North
    • Turn right onto CT-33/Westport Rd
    • Turn left into 10 Westport Road at first traffic light
    • Follow signs to 10 Westport Road, visitor parking is located under Building B

    From CT-15 S (Merritt Parkway) heading south from points north:
    • Take the CT-33 exit, Exit 41, toward Westport/Wilton
    • Turn left onto CT-33/Wilton Rd. Continue to follow CT-33
    • 10 Westport Road is on the right
    • Follow signs to 10 Westport Road, visitor parking is located under Building B
